Ready or Not Milsim Standards & Conduct Guidelines
1. Respect & Professionalism
Treat all members with respect
No harassment, racism, or hate speech
No personal attacks
Keep arguments private or bring them to leadership; no drama in public channels.
Toxicity and excessive trolling are grounds for removal.
2. Chain of Command
Follow chain of command during operations and training
Orders are final during ops
Disagreements can be raised in AAR
Respect leaders and trainers — they're here to keep things organized.
3. No Double Milsimming
Members must commit exclusively to this community
No participation in other milsim groups/units
Casual gaming with friends is fine
This only applies to RoN or any other milsims we officially open!
Failure to disclose will result in immediate removal!
4. Activity & Attendance
Stay active and attend signed-up operations/trainings
Update leadership beforehand if unable to attend
Repeated no-shows may lead to removal
5. Disciplined Communications
Use clear, concise comms during ops
No mic spamming or soundboards
No background noise
Standard callouts must be followed
6. Age Requirement
Must be 16+ years old
7. Operations & Realism
Take ops seriously and maintain immersion
No goofing off or breaking formation
Respect ROE (Rules of Engagement)
Follow mission briefings
8. Content & Media
Keep memes/jokes in designated channels
No NSFW content anywhere
Do not leak op details, rosters, or private discussions
9. Property & Server Respect
Do not delete or alter server content without permission
Follow all staff directions
10. Zero Tolerance
Cheating = immediate removal
Harassment = immediate removal
Doxxing/threats = immediate removal
Racial slurs = immediate removal
Server disruption = immediate removal
11. Uniform & Loadout Compliance
Wear correct uniform for operations/training
Double-check gear before deployment
Non-compliance may result in removal from session
Always verify your loadout maintains realism and unit standards.
12. Proper Goodbyes
No Irish goodbyes - say goodbye properly
Don't be weird
Leadership Discretion
Leadership reserves the right to act outside of written rules if needed to protect the community.
